Bessy

A large coil built one off vessel distinguished by its carved outer surface, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail. The design is enhanced through the application of slip and underglaze techniques, which create subtle contrasts and depth across the textured patterns. Finished with a white matt glaze, the vessel exudes a restrained elegance, allowing the tactile quality of the carving and the layering to take centre stage. The combination of these materials and methods results in a piece that is both visually compelling and richly tactile.
